On Tuesday, November 7th, the PTO is kindly giving a short part of their meeting time for any parent or caregiver who would like to learn more about how to strengthen their parenting skills.

** Being a parent can be very challenging sometimes, but it is the most important job! **

Come and join us on Tuesday night, Nov. 7th, at 7:00 pm in the lower library for dessert & casual conversation on parenting during the PTO meeting.

Please take a minute to choose ONE topic in the survey below that you would be interested in learning more about. We look forward to seeing you
on Tuesday night, Nov. 7th.

Please click (here) to take a one question survey so that we may help in a way that is most needed.

Dr. Love and members of our staff will also give a brief update of ways we are strengthen the home/school connection through reading and special programming at our Carman Trails.

Multicultural Night Coming Soon!

Thank You!!!
Thank you to all for a successful Fall Party! The students had a great time and the crafts were very creative!  We are always amazed at the continuous support we get from our parents!

Thank you to all of the Veterans that were able to celebrate with us on Friday.  The ceremony was a great way for our students to show their appreciation for the sacrifices others have made in order to keep us safe!  We can't wait to celebrate with you next year!

Art To Remember Orders
This week you should receive an order form specific to your student in backpacks. Art to Remember is a wonderful way to celebrate your child's achievements in art with fun prints or holiday gifts decorated by your own artist. As a bonus, Carman Trails' art department will receive a portion of the proceeds for more art supplies for our school. The deadline for ordering through order forms is November 10. Or you can order online at https://arttoremember.com/
Buzz Books On Sale Now!
2017-2018 Buzz Books are now for sale in the office for $1. Please stop by and grab your copy! Congratulations to 3rd grader Lily Hennekes .  Her drawing was picked to be our cover this year! A congratulations should also be extended to Tyler Biggot (4th), Eli Sykes (1st), and Cora McCrary (3rd) who will also be featured in the buzz book this year.  A special thank you to all students who entered a drawing.

Lost and Found
As the weather has finally started to cool off we are having more kids bring sweatshirts and light jackets to school. Please make sure to put your child's name on any items they bring to school. This includes, water bottles, hats, gloves, scarves, and all outerwear. If they have names on it there is a much better chance of you getting the object returned.
