Office Hours and Phone Calls

For the time being, the office will be open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. To reduce exposure and unnecessary risk to both our staff and our patients, we have decided to staff more lightly. We will answer the phones as promptly as we can. If you do have to leave a message during business hours, please know we'll get back to you as soon as we're able. If it's an urgent matter and you're having trouble getting through, you may call your doctor's cell phone. Thank you for your understanding.
Coronavirus Update
Jennifer DeLaney, MD

There are now 336 diagnosed coronavirus cases in St. Louis County, 97 in St. Louis City and over 900 in the state as a whole. Hospitals are starting to fill with coronavirus patients. Community spread is now the most common reason for infection, rather than foreign travel. This is a rapid acceleration from the 5 cases we had in all of Missouri 2 weeks ago.

What should you do to stay healthy?

Stay at home - avoid gathering with anyone outside your household. If you must go to public places, wear a fabric face mask and gloves or use hand sanitizer after touching public surfaces like grocery carts, doors, and credit card machines.

If you are ill, call us! But keep your distance from loved ones. Gatherings for more than a couple minutes, even if outside and 6 feet apart, can still put you at risk. Call or video-chat friends and family instead. Exercise, eat healthy foods, and catch up on all those projects you have been avoiding for decades. My dad cleaned out old photos this weekend and found this gem:

Thank You For Your Donations and Support!

The response from our patients to our request for assistance has been amazing. The generosity and kindness of our patients is truly humbling and is what makes this practice a family.

Due to your contributions and efforts we have been able to do the following:

  • Deliver 50 face shields to Missouri Baptist staff, with 400 more on the way this week

  • Deliver crucial N-95 masks to Missouri Baptist and Barnes

  • Fabricate and deliver 6 aerosol shields to protect health care workers from COVID-19 infection during high risk procedures like intubation

  • Design and begin manufacturing 10-20 Powered Air-Purifying Respirators (PAPRs) to protect health care workers in high risk areas from infection
