Online Fee Payment Now Available
Families with middle school or high school children should have received an email on Friday from My School Bucks with the amount due for required back to school fees.

Any fees paid by check or cash over the past week will be processed in the next few days and the balances in the parent/guardian account will be adjusted.

Parents and guardians new to My School Bucks will be prompted to create an account from MySchoolBucks.com. The parent/guardian will see all students assigned to them and the invoice on each student with fees due at this time. Parents/guardians may also click on the STORE tile for such items as season athletic passes and high school parking permits, or to the LUNCH tile to make online lunch deposits.

Online payment for school lunches carries a transaction fee of $2.49 per lunch deposit and online payment for all other school fees carry a transaction fee of 3.95%.

Required back-to-school fees include Middle School and High School Chromebook Insurance Fee of $25 annually. 6th grade students pay a $20 Explo/Activity fee and South Middle School 6th grade students pay $5 for a padlock they use throughout middle school. South Middle school students pay a $5 fee for planners. High school students pay a $10 School fee in addition to the annual $25 Chromebook Insurance Fee.

Each school accepts payment by check for back to school fees, made out to GRAIN VALLEY SCHOOLS.

Families who find any back-to-school fee to be a financial hardship should notify a school administrator.

Elementary and early childhood students do not have fees associated with the back-to-school process.

If you have questions about your login, please contact support@myschoolbucks.com. Contact your child's school with any questions about specific fees.
