Food Services
Each weekday, any school aged child may pick up a free breakfast and lunch between 8:30 a.m.      and 1:00 p.m. at either James Wood, Millbrook or Sherando High Schools.

Free breakfast and lunch is also available for pickup weekdays from 10:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. at satellite locations:

Meals can be picked up at the following satellite locations from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Technical Triage Center
The Technical Triage Center is located in the building behind James Wood Middle School located at 1313 Amherst St. Winchester VA 22601.

Operation hours are as follows on weekdays only.
7:00 AM - 9:00 AM
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

A dedicated phone number has been established to handle technical support calls during those hours as well. This phone number should be used by students, parents, teachers, and staff with equipment that they are using at home during the scheduled school closing.

The triage center can help with the following technical issues:
Broken Chromebooks and Laptops
Locked user accounts and forgotten passwords
Lost AC adapters (chargers) or other equipment
Other technical issues that arise with their accounts and equipment

Please do not bring broken equipment to the triage center. If you have a damaged piece of equipment please leave it at home and we will issue you a new device.

Yearbook Information 
We have a list of students that have prepaid for a yearbook. If you are unsure if you’ve prepaid, please email Mrs. Herbaugh at and she will check the list for you.  At this time we are unable to accept payments for the yearbook. We will send out more information once the yearbooks come in regarding pick up and if we have extras for sale at that time.

April is National Library month and the week of April 20th is National School Library Week

Aylor’s library has access to many sources students can use everyday.
